Hi y'all! It's been a while since I shared my everyday makeup routine. I like wearing makeup that brings out my natural features on the daily. Plus, let's be honest, in the morning I'm so bleary eyed that I just manage to get this on my face in about 20 minutes. I treasure my beauty sleep too much to spend it on blending eyeshadows. I hope you find this helpful in some way :)
The Face Shop Cushion Screen Cell Foundation in Medium Beige
MAC Prolongwear Concealer in NC20
ABH Brow Powder Duo in Dark Brown
Cargo Matte Bronzer in Medium
NYX Butter Gloss in Tiramisu
So you get an idea of the coverage of the foundation, here is my naked as the day I was born face. I have some scarring and discoloration, you know, the ush. The rest of my photos have not been touched up other than some brightening of the overall photo and whitening my teeth (my teeth are not in the best color I'd like them to be so for now, I whiten them #letsbehonest). I wanted y'all to see how the foundation looks on my skin, what kind of texture you can expect (your natural skin texture), coloring and coverage. I am normally between NC25 and NC30 in MAC (why is there not an NC27?!).
In my video I mention how with the high SPF (50+) in the Cushion Screen Cell foundation would create a ridic white cast... well I took a couple of photos with flash to show what it looks like and for some reason it looks fine. BUT I swear, if I wore it to a special occasion and pics with flash were taken, I would be that concubine in the pic. For. Real. I hate when something proves me wrong but I swear I'm right!
In most lighting, my skin looks glowing and healthy with this foundation and with the help of all the other products I throw on my face. I have been loving this look recently.
